I Ordered the Course but it's Not in my Dashboard / Course List (iOS or Android)

Normally, access to a recently purchased course is instantly available a few minutes after the email receipt is sent.

 

You may want to refresh your course list by logging out from your account and signing back in. 

 

If you're currently signed in and you want to refresh your course dashboard, just follow the steps below:

 

1) On your mobile browser (Chrome, Mozilla, Safari), please type on the address bar the link for GuitarZoom's member website, https://guitarzoom.com

2) Tap on the three-line icon on the upper right corner of the page.

From the drop-down menu, click on Sign Out.

You can then see your newly acquired courses the next time you're logged in.
