The looping feature/looper allows you to infinitely replay particular sections of your video lessons.
Looper shows up under the video pane when you click on "Loop a Video Segment"
The lopper then appears underneath, letting you set the portion of the video you want to loop by dragging Start and Endpoints on a slider.
