I Lost/Forgot My Password, What do I do?


If you have forgotten your password, please click the "Forgot your password?" link to request a password reset. For security reasons, we never send your passwords out in emails. 



You may also click on this link:
and enter the email address that's associated with your GuitarZoom account. 
Then, check your email inbox. If you entered your email address correctly, there should be an email prompting the password reset. Sometimes it may take up to 5 minutes to be delivered. In case it is not there, please check your spam/junk folder.
After clicking the reset password link to your Reset Password email, you will be asked to designate a new password.


Once you’re inside your GuitarZoom account (, click on the My Dashboard Navigation menu on top of your page.




Once the drop-down menu appears, click on Profile.



You will then be redirected to your profile dashboard page.

Or simply click go to



Then, click on the Reset Password button.


On the reset password page, type in your current working password on the ‘current password’ field, then type your newly designated password on the ‘new password’ field. Next, retype your new password on the ‘confirm password’ field.


Lastly, click on the Change Password button to save your changes.




Click on ‘Logout’ from your left navigation menu to log out from your account.
