We here at GuitarZoom Member Support Department always try to respond to your inquiries within a few minutes after you've sent them, unless we're really swamped with requests (during launches!) that we can't respond ASAP.
However, if you sent a request in an have not received a response in 6 hours, then the most likely thing that happened is that your ticket has been filtered out by our support system. We receive a lot of spam mail and to filter the legitimate requests from the spam ones, our customers need to be registered on our support system before they can send in a request.
