Yes! If you are still within the guarantee period (usually 60 days) you can exchange your course for one that you think will work better for you. Just ship the old one back to us (at your expense) via a trackable method (Like UPS, FedEx, USPS with delivery confirmation) and tell us which course you'd like to exchange it for. We will then ship the new course back to you. Note that we will reduce your credit to cover the return shipping and handling charge. And if the new course costs more than your available credit, we'll contact you to verify the additional charge.
