Yes! If you are still within the guarantee period (usually 60 days) you can exchange your course for one that you think will work better for you. Just shoot us an email and tell us which course you'd like to exchange it for. We will then activate the online course in your account.
Note that if the new course costs more than your available credit, we'll contact you to verify the additional charge.
