The most common causes of order confirmation email not being "received" by the customer are the following:
- The confirmation email is in the SPAM folder. Please check all your inboxes including your SPAM/junk folder.
- The customer used a different email address to order the course.
- The customer typed his or her email address wrong during checkout.
- The order has not pushed through or the customer has not been charged yet for the course due to a payment failure issue.
Lastly, if you verified the above, and you're pretty sure it should have arrived, please submit a support ticket.
