Help! I'm Not Sure if my Order Went Through/ I Didn't Receive Any Order Confirmation Email


Ok, let's see what we can do.

The most common causes of order confirmation email not being "received" by the customer are the following: 

  1. The confirmation email is in the SPAM folder. Please check all your inboxes including your SPAM/junk folder.
  2. The customer used a different email address to order the course. 
  3. The customer typed his or her email address wrong during checkout. 
  4. The order has not pushed through or the customer has not been charged yet for the course due to a payment failure issue. 

Lastly, if you verified the above, and you're pretty sure it should have arrived, please submit a support ticket.
