Within the continental U.S. is usually 5-7 business days. (Alaska and Hawaii will take a little longer).

Outside the U.S. it really depends on the country and customs. But it's usually 10-14 days.

We ship all international packages via United States Postal Service, Air Mail service. We ship thousands of guitar courses to hundreds of countries and rarely have a problem. But again, customs official can hold packages with no explanation for several days (but the usually don't).

We usually ship orders withing 24 hours of receipt, Monday - Friday. We do NOT ship on Saturdays, Sundays or the usual holidays like, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, etc. Orders received from 12:00PM (noon) Friday to Sunday night will ship on the following Monday. If you ordered a physical product, you'll receive an email confirmation when your order ships.
