I need an email receipt

If you ordered online, you should automatically get an email receipt. But sometimes these get caught in SPAM filters or get automatically placed in Junk folder of your email program. So, please check that first. Also, you should know the receipt is sent the same email that you used on the order form. So, if you typed the email incorrectly, then you wouldn't have received one.

If you didn't receive an email receipt from us, then please submit a ticket and select "Order receipt" for the department.
