Ok, let's see what we can do.
First, make sure that you ordered a physical product that comes in the mail. Here's a list of our products.
Now, if you've verified that you ordered a physical product, let's make sure that there's been enough time for it to arrive: inside the U.S. delivery usually takes 5-7 business days (don't count weekends and holidays). Outside the U.S. usually takes 10-14 (but can take a lot longer depending on the country and customs).
Lastly, if you verfied the above, and you're pretty sure it should have arrived, please submit a support ticket and be sure to select the appropriate deparment.
